Ajay promotes Toonpur Ka Superrhero, Being Human

Ajay Devgn

Most actors promote their films by donning clothes from their films (Akshay Kumar for Tees Maar Khan) or their glasses (John Abraham for Jhootha Hi Sahi and Abhishek Bachchan for Paa) but Ajay Devgn as always makes his own rules.

Ajay will be wearing Salman Khan's Being Human tees wherever he goes to promote his upcoming film Toonpur Ka Superrhero. Ajay and Salman have been friends for years, and have co-starred in Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam (1999) and London Dreams (2009).

Le lo!

Says an insider, "Ajay wanted to do something for Khan's foundation. He feels Salman is doing some wonderful work for the needy, and wants to offer his support. He even walked the ramp for the Being Human foundation fashion show last year." Devgn met Sallu recently and saw him wearing the Being Human T-shirt.

The Golmaal 3 actor asked him where he could get them. The next day the bade dilwala Khan sent over a bunch of Being Human tees to AJ's home. Ajay, floored by the magnanimous gesture of his friend, decided to pay him back by wearing it to all his upcoming events.

A source close to the actor confirms, "Yes, Ajay has decided to wear only Salman's Being Human T-Shirts for all the promotional events for his next film, Toonpur Ka Superrhero, which releases this Friday."

The source adds that Ajay believes that in his own way, he's contributing to Salman's cause as whenever people ask him about the tees he tells them about the foundation and the work they are doing. He loves the work that Salman is doing and is determined to help him in any way he can.
