Akshay Kumar expresses his sadness for not performing in Kolkata

Bollywood News: Bollywood Khiladi Akshay Kumar was in Kolkata on Saturday along with Bollywood Barbie Doll Katrina Kaif to promote their latest upcoming Bollywood flick Tees Maar Khan but unfortunately due to security hazards had to cancel the event. The actor moved out of the city while tweeting his plans on his way back.
In his tweet Akshay Kumar says “Dear Kolkata… I completely understand all ur frustrations guys & I am very sorry for what has happened. I am just as upset as u are. It was me that flew late last nite all the way to Kolkata to see u all, but i need u to understand
that when there is a security breach I have no authority to argue with these guys. I was a guest in ur city, I can’t disrespect ur rules!I couldn’t allow either Katrina or myself to be banned from ur beautiful city! There were major security issues & I couldn’t put my fellow colleagues in that kind of danger. We ended up being escorted straight to the airport feeling extremely sad about the days events. Please understand the predicament I was in. My Full apologies. Love & prayers, Akshay Kumar”
